NAB-14

GluN2C/2D Antagonists

NAB-14 is a selective, orally active non-competitive antagonist of GluN2C and GluN2D subunits, exhibiting an IC50 of 580 nM for the GluN1/GluN2D complex. With greater than 800-fold selectivity for GluN2C and GluN2D over GluN2A and GluN2B, this compound is suitable for investigating the roles of these NMDA receptor subtypes in neurobiology. Additionally, NAB-14's ability to cross the blood-brain barrier enables its use in preclinical studies related to central nervous system disorders.
