Antitumor Compound

NAP1051 is an antitumor compound designed as a biomimetic analog of lipin A4, targeting the inflammatory tumor microenvironment. This compound inhibits neutrophil chemotaxis in response to fMLP and promotes macrophage efferocytosis through AKT activation. NAP1051 is applicable in research focused on colorectal cancer.
