NC03
PI4K2A Inhibitor
NC03 is a selective inhibitor of PI4K2A, a key enzyme involved in phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PI4P) synthesis. By disrupting the activity of PI4K2A, NC03 effectively reduces PI4P levels within cellular compartments, particularly in the Golgi and Rab7-positive late endosomes. This reagent is valuable for studies exploring lipid signaling, membrane trafficking, and cellular processes influenced by PI4P dynamics.
