NC1
LYP Inhibitor
NC1 is a noncompetitive allosteric inhibitor of lymphoid-specific tyrosine phosphatase (LYP), exhibiting a Ki value of 4.3 μM. This compound effectively inhibits LYP by constraining the movement of the WPD-loop, thereby impacting LYP-mediated T cell receptor (TCR) signaling. NC1 is useful in research applications focused on T cell signaling pathways and autoimmune disease models.
