SIX1/EYA2 Inhibitor
NCGC00378430 is a potent inhibitor of the SIX1/EYA2 interaction. This compound has been shown to partially reverse transcriptional and metabolic changes associated with SIX1 overexpression, as well as to inhibit SIX1-induced TGF-β signaling and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Additionally, NCGC00378430 effectively reduces SIX1-mediated metastasis in breast cancer within a mouse model, making it a valuable tool for research into cancer progression and therapeutic interventions in oncogenic signaling pathways.
