NDMC101

Osteoclastogenesis Inhibitor

NDMC101 is a potent osteoclastogenesis inhibitor that targets the differentiation of osteoclasts by down-regulating NFATc1-modulated gene expression. In addition to its role in inhibiting osteoclast differentiation, NDMC101 also significantly inhibits early T-cell activation through DPP4 inhibition. This compound is useful for research applications related to bone disorders, such as rheumatoid arthritis, and synovial inflammation, facilitating the exploration of therapeutic strategies in these areas.
