Nedosiran sodium

RNA Interference Agent

Nedosiran sodium is an RNA interference agent that targets lactate dehydrogenase (LDH). This GalNAc-dsRNA conjugate demonstrates significant potential as a therapeutic option for primary hyperoxaluria (PH), particularly in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Its mechanism of action offers a novel approach to reducing LDH levels, thereby addressing metabolic imbalances associated with these conditions.
