NOD2 antagonist 1

NOD2 Antagonist

NOD2 antagonist 1 is a selective antagonist of the NOD2 receptor, exhibiting an IC50 of 5.23 μM. This compound effectively inhibits Muramyl dipeptide (MDP)-induced secretion of IL-8 in THP-1 cells and suppresses the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, including IL-6, IL-10, and TNF-α in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). NOD2 antagonist 1 is valuable for research into inflammatory pathways and immune response modulation.
