NR162
CASK Inhibitor
NR162 is a selective inhibitor of CASK (calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine/threonine kinase) with an IC50 of 80 nM and a Kd of 22 nM. It exhibits approximately 50-fold selectivity for CASK over TYRO3 and effectively interacts with the unique GFG motif within the CASK ATP binding pocket. NR162 is a valuable tool for investigating the role of CASK in neurological diseases.
