Neuropilin-1 Inhibitor

NRPa-308 is a potent antagonist of Neuropilin-1 (NRP-1), effectively inhibiting VEGF-A165 binding with an IC50 of 42 μM. This compound disrupts the interaction between VEGF-A165 and NRP-1, leading to the suppression of angiogenesis both in vitro and in vivo. NRPa-308 demonstrates significant anti-tumor activity by reducing the viability of various human solid tumors and hematological cancer cells, inhibiting tumor growth, and extending median survival in human breast cancer xenograft models.
