Mtb ClpC1 Inhibitor
NSC10010 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis ClpC1 ATPase. It has demonstrated significant biological activity by inducing necrotic cell death in gammaherpesvirus-infected B-cells, primarily through the activation of NF-kB and c-Myc-mediated signaling pathways. This compound is valuable for research focused on the interactions of Mtb ClpC1 and its role in bacterial pathogenesis, as well as studying mechanisms of cell death in viral infections.
