NSD2-PWWP1 Inhibitor

NSD2-PWWP1-IN-5 is a potent inhibitor of NSD2-PWWP1, exhibiting a Kd value of 78 nM. This compound functionally interferes with the recognition of trimethylated histone H3 at lysine 36 (H3K36me2) and DNA, thereby reducing its affinity for nucleosomes. Notably, NSD2-PWWP1-IN-5 effectively inhibits the proliferation of U2OS osteosarcoma cells while promoting cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. This reagent serves as a valuable tool for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying osteosarcoma.
