NSP-DMAE-NHS

Acridinium Ester-Based Signal Amplifier

NSP-DMAE-NHS is an acridinium ester-based signal amplifier that serves as a luminescent probe to enhance the detection capability of biosensors. It effectively preserves the biochemical activity of biomolecules during conjugation, facilitating reliable results. NSP-DMAE-NHS has been utilized for labeling mouse anti-human PI3 monoclonal antibodies in chemiluminescent immunoassays and for the pre-competitive detection of TP53 fusion proteins in immunochromatographic assays. This reagent is suitable for research focused on cancer detection and related biomarker studies.
