Brain Delivery Enhancer
NT1-O12B is a neurotransmitter-derived lipidoid that serves as a brain delivery enhancer by facilitating the transport of blood-brain barrier (BBB)-impermeable compounds. Its incorporation into lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) enables these carriers to effectively cross the BBB, allowing for enhanced delivery of therapeutic agents.
