Nuclease P1

Endonuclease

Nuclease P1 is a highly specific endonuclease that efficiently hydrolyzes nucleic acids into 5'-mononucleotides, targeting single-stranded regions of double-stranded nucleic acids. This enzyme is extensively utilized in molecular biology for applications such as DNA and RNA analysis, as well as in the pharmaceutical and food industries for nucleic acid manipulation. Nuclease P1 is derived from the fermentation of Penicillium citrinum, followed by extraction, ultrafiltration concentration, and purification processes, ensuring high-quality performance in research and development applications.
