ω-3 Arachidonic acid
Poly fatty acid
ω-3 Arachidonic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid known for its important role in growth and development, particularly in infants. This compound inhibits arachidonyl-CoA synthetase with a Ki value of 14 µM and demonstrates inhibition of arachidonyl-CoA synthetase in calf brain extract with an IC50 of approximately 5 µM. It is useful for research applications focusing on fatty acid metabolism and related neurological processes.
