OAT-2068
mCHIT1 Inhibitor
OAT-2068 is a selective and highly active inhibitor of mouse chitotriosidase (mCHIT1), exhibiting an IC50 of 29 nM and demonstrating 143-fold selectivity over mouse AMCase (IC50 of 4170 nM). With its favorable pharmacokinetic profile, OAT-2068 serves as an effective research tool for investigating the role of CHIT1 in various biological systems, including relevant animal models of human diseases.
