Obudanersen

Angelman syndrome

Obudanersen is an antisense oligonucleotide designed to specifically target the ubiquitin protein ligase E3A-antisense transcript (UBE3A-ATS). This compound plays a critical role in the investigation of Angelman syndrome by modulating UBE3A expression. Its ability to alter gene expression makes it a valuable tool for studying the underlying mechanisms of this neurodevelopmental disorder and for assessing potential therapeutic strategies.
