ODN 1585
IFN/TNFα Inducer
ODN 1585 is a potent inducer of interferon (IFN) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNFα), primarily functioning as an immune response facilitator. This compound stimulates natural killer (NK) cell activity and enhances CD8+ T-cell functions, promoting the production of IFN-γ. In preclinical studies, ODN 1585 has demonstrated the ability to induce regression of established melanomas in mouse models and provides complete protection against malaria. It serves as an important tool for research in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and can also be utilized as a vaccine adjuvant.
