ODN INH 18

Inhibitory ODN

ODN INH 18 is a linear 24-mer inhibitory oligodeoxynucleotide (INH-ODN) designed to modulate immune responses through the inhibition of toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) signaling. This reagent features a specific 5' sequence followed by a random stretch of 12 nucleotides, chosen to minimize secondary structure formation. ODN INH 18 exhibits significant inhibitory potency for TLR9 ligand-induced interferon-alpha (IFN-α) production, making it valuable for research applications focused on immunomodulation and therapeutic development against autoimmune diseases.
