Olaptesed pegol
CXCL12 Aptamer
Olaptesed pegol, a pegylated L-oligoribonucleotide aptamer, specifically targets CXCL12. By neutralizing CXCL12, it facilitates the mobilization of chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells into circulation while preventing their retention in protective microenvironments. Additionally, Olaptesed pegol enhances the infiltration of human primary T cells and NK cells, demonstrating an ability to inhibit tumor growth in conjunction with anti-PD-1 antibody treatment. This reagent is applicable in research focused on colon cancer and lymphocytic leukemia.
