Ombuoside
Glycoside Complex
Ombuoside is a glycoside complex that demonstrates significant antioxidant properties by inhibiting reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and reducing apoptosis. This compound exerts neuroprotective effects through the modulation of the ERK-JNK-caspase-3 signaling pathway while promoting dopamine biosynthesis via the activation of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and CREB.
