ONC213
αKGDH Inhibitor
ONC213 is a potent αKGDH inhibitor with oral bioavailability. By inhibiting αKGDH activity, it suppresses mitochondrial respiration and elevates α-ketoglutarate levels, leading to the induction of apoptosis through mitochondrial stress responses and inhibition of MCL-1 translation. This compound is valuable for cancer research, particularly in the study of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
