KAT6 Inhibitor

OP-3136 is a selective inhibitor of KAT6, a histone acetyltransferase implicated in cancer progression. This compound significantly reduces the proliferative capacity and growth of cancer cells in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer models exhibiting KAT6 overexpression. When used in conjunction with estrogen receptor antagonists or CDK4/6 inhibitors, OP-3136 demonstrates synergistic anti-tumor effects in mouse xenograft studies. It is a valuable tool for research focused on HR+/HER2- breast cancer.
