OPC-4392

Antipsychotic Agent

OPC-4392 is an orally active presynaptic dopamine autoreceptor agonist and postsynaptic D2 receptor antagonist. This compound demonstrates significant antipsychotic activity by reversing Reserpine-induced dopamine depletion and inhibiting Apomorphine-induced stereotypic behaviors in murine models. OPC-4392 is a valuable reagent for research on antipsychotic therapies and the underlying mechanisms of dopamine modulation.
