Oscillamide C

PP1/PP2A Inhibitor

Oscillamide C is a potent inhibitor of Protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) and Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), exhibiting IC50 values of 0.90 μM and 1.33 μM, respectively. This cyclic peptide contains a ureido moiety and is derived from the cyanobacteria Planktothrix agardhii and P. rubescens.
