PAC1 Receptor Antagonist
PA-9 is a selective antagonist of the pituitary adenylate cyclase-activating polypeptide type I (PAC1) receptor. It effectively inhibits PACAP-induced cAMP elevation in a dose-dependent manner, with an IC50 value of 5.6 nM. This reagent is primarily utilized in research focused on neuropathic and inflammatory pain pathways.
