PACMA 31

Protein Disulfide Isomerase Inhibitor

PACMA 31 is an irreversible inhibitor of protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) that demonstrates an IC50 of 10 μM. By forming covalent bonds with the active site cysteines of PDI, PACMA 31 effectively suppresses ovarian tumor growth while preserving the integrity of normal tissues. Additionally, PACMA 31 serves as a versatile click chemistry reagent, featuring an alkyne group that facilitates copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with azide-containing molecules, making it suitable for various biochemical applications.
