PBA-1105
AUTOTAC
PBA-1105 is an autophagy-targeting chimera (AUTOTAC) that induces the self-oligomerization of p62. By selectively binding to the hydrophobic regions of misfolded proteins, PBA-1105 facilitates their degradation through the autophagic pathway. This compound enhances the autophagic flux of ubiquitin-conjugated aggregates, making it a valuable tool for studying autophagy-related mechanisms in various cellular contexts.
