AUTOTAC
PBA-1105b is an autophagy-targeting chimera (AUTOTAC) that specifically induces the self-oligomerization of the protein p62. By enhancing the autophagic flux of ubiquitin-conjugated aggregates, PBA-1105b facilitates the clearance of cellular debris. The compound features a significantly longer PEG-based linker compared to its precursor, PBA-1105, allowing for improved solubility and biological activity.
