PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor

PD-1/PD-L1-IN-61 is a potent inhibitor of the PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, with a human IC50 of 5.3 nM. This reagent disrupts the binding at the PD-L1 dimer interface, enhancing immune activation by stabilizing interactions through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking with PD-L1 residues. It boosts the cytotoxic activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells against tumor cells, restores T-cell functions, and increases IFN-γ production. PD-1/PD-L1-IN-61 is suitable for research in triple-negative breast cancer and studies investigating immune checkpoint blockade.
