PD 168368
NMB-R/GRPR Antagonist
PD 168368 is a selective and potent neuromedin B receptor (NMB-R) antagonist, exhibiting a Ki value of 15–45 nM, and an IC50 of 96 nM for NMB-R. It also antagonizes the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) with an IC50 of 3500 nM. Furthermore, PD 168368 acts as a mixed agonist for FPR1, FPR2, and FPR3, demonstrating EC50 values of 0.57, 0.24, and 2.7 nM, respectively. This compound is valuable for studying NMB-R and GRPR-related signaling pathways and their implications in various biological processes and disease states.
