Tyrosine Kinases Inhibitor
PD173952 is a selective inhibitor of tyrosine kinases, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.3 nM for Lyn, 1.7 nM for Abl, and 6.6 nM for Csk. Additionally, it is a potent inhibitor of Myt1 kinase, with a Ki of 8.1 nM.
