PDCD4 Inhibitor
PDCD4-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) with a Kd value of 350 nM. This compound has been shown to enhance the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in HT-22 hippocampal neurons. PDCD4-IN-1 is valuable for research applications focused on neuroprotection, neuronal survival, and mechanisms underlying neurodegenerative diseases.
