Pedunculosumoside F

Glycoside

Pedunculosumoside F is a homoflavonoid glucoside known for its cytotoxic effects on HepG2 22.15 cells, exhibiting a CC50 value of 56.7 μM. Isolated from Ophioglossum pedunculosum, this compound does not demonstrate anti-HBV activity, although its analogs are reported to inhibit HBsAg secretion in HBV-infected HepG2 2.2.15 cells. This suggests potential applications in cancer research and the study of hepatitis B virus dynamics.
