Stable Isotope
Pemetrexed-d5 is a deuterium-labeled analog of Pemetrexed, an antifolate agent. This compound effectively inhibits key enzymes involved in nucleotide synthesis, demonstrating Ki values of 1.3 nM, 7.2 nM, and 65 nM for thymidylate synthase (TS), dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR), and glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase (GARFT), respectively.
