Pep2-AVKI
GluR2/PICK1 Inhibitor
Pep2-AVKI is a selective peptide inhibitor targeting the binding of the AMPA receptor subunit GluR2 to PDZ domain-containing protein PICK1. It specifically disrupts this interaction without affecting the binding of GluA2 to GRIP or ABP, nor does it increase AMPA-mediated currents. This reagent is valuable for studying the molecular mechanisms underlying neurological diseases and exploring synaptic function.
