PF-719
Pyk2 Inhibitor
PF-719 is a selective inhibitor of Pyk2, exhibiting an IC50 of 17 nM, making it a potent tool for studying Pyk2-related signaling pathways. In addition to its primary target, PF-719 inhibits focal adhesion kinase (FAK) activity with an IC50 of 469 nM and impacts the kinase activities of Hck, Fyn, Lck, and Lyn in A20 B-lymphoma cells, with an IC50 of 6.7 μM for Lyn. This compound is valuable for research applications involving cell adhesion, migration, and signal transduction processes in various biological contexts.
