PFM39
MRE11 Exonuclease Inhibitor
PFM39 is a selective MRE11 exonuclease inhibitor that effectively targets the enzyme's dsDNA exonuclease activity by inhibiting phosphate rotation. This compound has been shown to provide potent inhibitory effects on MRE11 without affecting the endonuclease activity of TmMre11 or human MRE11/MRN complex.
