Phalloidin

F-actin Label

Phalloidin is a mushroom-derived cyclic peptide that specifically binds to F-actin, facilitating the visualization of actin filaments in various cellular contexts. This reagent is commonly utilized in fluorescence microscopy and cell biology studies to investigate the organization and dynamics of the cytoskeleton. The use of fluorochrome-labeled phalloidin provides a powerful tool for assessing cellular structure and function in research applications related to cellular morphology, migration, and signaling pathways.
