PHD2 Inhibitor

PHD-IN-1 is a highly selective inhibitor of prolyl hydroxylase domain enzyme 2 (PHD2), exhibiting an IC50 value of ≤5 nM. With an EC50 of 2.5 µM in EPO ELISA assays conducted on both Caco2-HIF1α-HiBiT-clone-1 and Hep3B cell lines, it effectively modulates hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF) pathways. This compound is instrumental in studying oxygen-sensing pathways and can be utilized in research related to cancer biology and anemia treatment.
