Phox-I2
p67phox-Rac1 Interaction Inhibitor
Phox-I2 is a potent inhibitor of the p67phox-Rac1 interaction, exhibiting high affinity binding to p67phox with a Kd of approximately 150 nM. As a selective NADPH oxidase 2 (NOX2) inhibitor, Phox-I2 effectively reduces the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS). This compound is valuable for research related to oxidative stress, inflammation, and cell signaling pathways.
