PHTPP-1304
AUTOTAC
PHTPP-1304 is an innovative PHTPP-based autophagy targeting chimera (AUTOTAC) that selectively induces the degradation of the estrogen receptor ERβ via the autophagy pathway. This compound demonstrates potent biological activity, with a DC50 of approximately 2 nM in HEK293T cells and less than 100 nM in ACHN renal carcinoma and MCF-7 breast cancer cells. Additionally, PHTPP-1304 promotes self-oligomerization of p62, making it a valuable tool for investigating ERβ-mediated oncogenic processes in various cancer types.
