SOCS1/3 Antagonist
pJAK2(1001-1013) is a cell-penetrating peptide that acts as an antagonist of SOCS1/3, targeting the JAK2 tyrosine kinase activation loop. This compound inhibits SOCS1-mediated negative regulation of immune responses, thereby enhancing the activity of cytokines such as IFNγ and IL-6. Additionally, pJAK2(1001-1013) demonstrates antiviral properties by inhibiting replication of various viruses and providing dose-dependent protection against lethal viral infections.
