CDK Inhibitor
PKCζ-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of Protein Kinase C zeta (PKCζ) and Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 2 (CDK2). It exhibits an IC50 value of 5.18 nM for PKCζ and 1.04 μM for CDK2, demonstrating a remarkable 200-fold selectivity.
