PKN3-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of PKN3 (serine/threonine protein kinase 3) and GAK (cyclin G-associated kinase), exhibiting an IC50 of 0.014 µM and a Ki value of 0.0044 µM, respectively. This compound serves as a valuable tool for investigating the biological functions of PKN3, as well as its implications in pancreatic and prostate cancer, and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
