MasR Agonist

PNA5 is a glycosylated angiotensin-(1-7) peptide and MasR agonist designed to penetrate the blood-brain barrier. This compound exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting interleukin-7 (IL-7) and enhancing interleukin-10 (IL-10), while also reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation and Iba-1 expression.
