PNR-3-80
Endonuclease G (ENDOG) Inhibitor
PNR-3-80 is a selective inhibitor of endonuclease G (ENDOG), exhibiting an IC50 value of 0.67 μM. By non-competitively binding to the ENDOG-substrate complex, PNR-3-80 effectively suppresses ENDOG's enzymatic activity. This compound has demonstrated the ability to mitigate cell death induced by chemotherapeutic agents such as Cisplatin and Docetaxel, while also inhibiting DNA damage and autophagy triggered by Etoposide. PNR-3-80 is valuable for research focused on cellular injury and the underlying mechanisms of chemoresistance.
