Pol I Inhibitor
POL1-IN-1 is a potent inhibitor of RNA polymerase I (Pol I) with an IC50 value of less than 0.5 µM. By targeting Pol I, it effectively disrupts ribosome biogenesis through the inhibition of Pol I transcription. This compound is valuable for studying mechanisms of ribosomal RNA synthesis and its impact on cellular growth and proliferation.
