Pomisartan
AT1 Receptor Antagonist
Pomisartan is an orally active angiotensin II receptor type AT1 antagonist with an IC50 of 0.26 μM. It inhibits the binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, effectively blocking vasoconstriction and aldosterone release.
